• Non-Refundable Payments: The initial intake fee and submission processing charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances upon payment completion.
• Recurring Subscription: A recurring fee of $5.00/month will be billed automatically to the email address provided starting exactly one (1) calendar month from the date of your page launch.
• Payment Failure & Deactivation: If the recurring subscription payment fails or remains unpaid following a one (1) week grace period from the billing date, your page will be deactivated and removed from the platform.

By completing this intake form, you acknowledge and agree to the following additional provisions:

All services are rendered on an “as-is” basis without warranties of profitability or specific engagement metrics.

2. Recurring Subscription & Grace Period: A recurring fee of $5.00/month will be billed to the provided email address starting one (1) month from your page launch date. If payment is not received within a one (1) week (7-day) grace period following billing, the page will be deactivated and removed.
3. No Performance Guarantees: Page layouts incorporate conversion-focused design practices and standard Search Engine Optimization (SEO). However, we offer no guarantees, express or implied, regarding search rankings, web traffic, form submissions, or conversion rates. References to “proven” designs describe methodology and layout framework experience, not guaranteed business outcomes.
4. Client Assets & Intellectual Property: You warrant that all text, imagery, logos, and materials provided in this intake form belong to you or that you hold explicit license rights to use them. You agree to hold us harmless from any third-party copyright or trademark claims resulting from submitted content.
5. Scope & Revisions: Services are limited to the initial page assembly from provided intake data. Additional design revisions or structural modifications outside initial scope may incur extra fees.
6. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for business interruptions, third-party hosting outages, or loss of revenue. Total aggregate liability for any claims arising from service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you in the single month prior to the claim.
